Terms of Service
StreamDream · last updated 16 October 2026
StreamDream (the "service") is an independent project run by BioChemist11 (the "operator"). By using it you agree to these terms.
Alpha software
The service is in a closed, invite-only alpha. It is provided free of charge and as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may need to be reset. Please don't rely on it as your only way to moderate or run your stream.
Your accounts and content
You may only connect accounts and channels that you own or are authorised to manage. You stay responsible for your channels and for what you send through the service, and you must follow the rules of each platform you use (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord, and others).
Your own API keys
Some features use API keys you provide (for example OpenAI). Any costs on those keys are between you and that provider. You can remove a key at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to spam, harass, break platform rules, get around bans, or attack or overload the service or other users.
Access
Alpha access is by invitation and may be paused or ended at any time, for example for misuse or when the alpha closes. You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Future pricing
The alpha is free. If paid plans are introduced later, they will be announced in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or audience, arising from the use of the service.
Third parties
StreamDream is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube/Google, Kick, TikTok, Discord, OBS or OpenAI. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms.
