Short version: we collect only what the tools need to work for you, encrypt your login tokens, never sell or share your data, run no ads or trackers, and delete everything when you ask.

Who runs StreamDream

StreamDream is an independent project run by BioChemist11 (the "operator"). It is currently a closed, invite-only alpha. Contact: support@streamdream.gg.

This website

streamdream.gg uses no cookies, no analytics, no ad networks and no third-party scripts or fonts. Like any web server, it briefly keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically after 14 days.

What Multichat stores for alpha testers

DataWhy it's needed
A display name and a way to contact you (e.g. your Discord username)So the operator can set up your space and help you during the alpha.
Login tokens for the platforms you connect (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok during testing)To read and send chat and edit stream info on your channels. Encrypted at rest. We never see or store your passwords.
Your channel name, ID and avatar on those platformsTo show which account is connected.
Recent chat messages from your streamsTo show them in your dock and overlay. Kept only as long as needed for that, then removed automatically.
Your settings, and optional API keys you add (e.g. an OpenAI key)To run the features you turn on. Keys are encrypted and only used for your own requests.

We do not collect your real name, address, age, payment details or phone number, and we don't ask for anything a feature doesn't need.

Separation between users

Each tester gets their own separate copy of the app with its own database, settings and address. Your tokens and chat data are not shared with other testers' spaces.

Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising. It goes only to the platforms you connected, for the actions you ask for, and to OpenAI only if you add your own key and turn on AI features.

Google / YouTube

If you connect YouTube, Multichat uses the YouTube Data API to read and post live chat on your channel and to read and edit the title, description and thumbnail of your own broadcasts. StreamDream's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnecting a platform in your dashboard deletes its stored tokens straight away. You can also revoke access from each platform's own settings. To delete your whole space (tokens, settings and chat history), email support@streamdream.gg or message the operator. It will be wiped within 7 days, and backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Tokens and keys are encrypted at rest, and the server is kept patched. No system is perfect, though: if something goes wrong that affects your data, you'll be told promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, testers will be told before the change takes effect.
